How do I know what size package I need?

Choose based on home size. Studio fits efficiencies, 1BR and 2BR are apartment-friendly, and 3BR is our most common Tampa Bay move. If you're between sizes, pick the larger package so you can pack once.

What if I need more totes mid-move?

You can add extra totes for $6 each. We can usually deliver add-ons next day, and same-day before noon with rush service.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Extensions are $3 per tote per extra week. Request an extension before your pickup date so we can update your schedule.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we charge a scheduling fee to cover routing and prep.

What's your service area?

We serve Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. Core ZIPs include free delivery and pickup. Extended-zone ZIPs include a distance fee up to $50. Our totes and dollies must remain in our approved service area unless we give written approval in advance. Out-of-area or out-of-state moves are not permitted for standard rentals. Unauthorized removal may result in a $250 recovery fee plus any transport, retrieval, collection, or replacement costs.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as early as you can, especially around month-end. Most customers reserve 1-3 weeks ahead.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Not always. If we have clear placement instructions and safe access, we can complete both without you home.

How do delivery windows work?

Pick a 2-hour delivery window: 9-11, 11-1, 1-3, or 3-5. We text/email updates and arrive inside your selected window.

How sturdy are they?

Our commercial totes are stackable and built for repeated moves. They are much stronger than cardboard and protect items from moisture and crush damage.

How much weight can one hold?

Up to 65 lbs per tote when evenly packed.

Do I need to clean them before returning?

No deep cleaning needed. Just empty them and stack by your door for pickup.

Normal scuffs are fine. Damaged totes are $15 each, and missing totes are $20 each per the rental agreement.
